Lead Data Scientist (Python & PySpark Expert)

Buscamos una persona con una sólida trayectoria en ciencia de datos, capaz de liderar equipos, diseñar estrategias analíticas y guiar la implementación de soluciones avanzadas en entornos de Big Data.
Tus principales responsabilidades son:
Aunque dependerán de tu perfil y experiencia aportada, en general las principales funciones que llevarías a cabo con nosotros serían: Definir la estrategia y visión de ciencia de datos, alineándola con los objetivos de negocio para maximizar el impacto del análisis de datos.
Supervisar el desarrollo e implementación de modelos de machine learning y técnicas de optimización avanzada, asegurando su escalabilidad y rendimiento.
Liderar equipos multidisciplinares de científicos de datos e ingenieros, proporcionando orientación técnica y estratégica.
Diseñar y mejorar arquitecturas de datos, asegurando el procesamiento eficiente y gobernanza de los datos en entornos distribuidos.
Implementar pipelines de datos avanzados y automatizados, con un fuerte énfasis en Python y PySpark, optimizando procesos de ETL en sistemas de Big Data.
Explorar y evaluar nuevas tecnologías y enfoques analíticos, proponiendo mejoras para mantenerse a la vanguardia en la innovación de ciencia de datos.
Colaborar estrechamente con stakeholders del negocio, traduciendo necesidades estratégicas en soluciones concretas basadas en datos.
Requisitos deseados: Experiencia profesional de más de 8-10 años en Data Science, con enfoque en machine learning, optimización y análisis avanzado de datos.
Amplia experiencia con Python y PySpark, incluyendo el desarrollo de soluciones escalables en entornos de Big Data.
Sólido conocimiento en frameworks de machine learning, como TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn y Spark ML.
Experiencia en arquitecturas de datos en la nube, idealmente con herramientas como AWS, GCP o Azure.
Experiencia en gestión y liderazgo de equipos técnicos, promoviendo buenas prácticas y metodologías eficientes en el desarrollo de ciencia de datos.
Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles, como Scrum y Kanban.
Valorable expertise en herramientas de Data Virtualization, como Trino o Denodo.
Nivel de inglés alto (B2/C1) para colaborar en proyectos internacionales.
Competencias personales:
Trabajo en equipo.
Habilidades de comunicación, favoreciendo dinámicas que permitan el flujo de conocimiento, con interés tanto en aprender como en enseñar.
Proactividad en la búsqueda de nuevas soluciones y mejoras.
